How many calories are in sushi?

It is known that sushi in Japanese cuisine is represented by different species. Some of them do not even contain fish. How many calories are in sushi and rolls?
In general, sushi is a low-calorie product. In this case, it is not necessary to confuse sushi with rolls, the latter contain more ingredients in their composition, which means that they are more caloric (about the difference between sushi and rolls, see Why sushi differ from rolls).
