Lubricate the O-ring with oil, this will help feel the touch of the idle jet of its seat in the main cover.

- Nuts, so they are well attached.
- The action of the gas pedal drive (in the event thatfully press it, then the throttle should take a vertical position). This is regulated by the gas cable fixing nut, leaving the drive free running, and in the 2nd chamber we pour a little gasoline and wait about 20 seconds. During this time, the gasoline should remain, if it disappeared, then we look at the adjusting screw of the second chamber.
- The work of the accelerator pump. Gasoline from the sprayers should appear immediately after the throttle valve is opened. If this does not happen, then to solve the problem, look at the accelerator drive eccentric or lever.
Then unscrew the air jets in assembly withemulsion tubes, as well as fuel jets under them. With the help of a toothpick, we get fuel jets from the wells by unscrewing the cap of the economizer of the power regimes (do not forget about the spring) to check the integrity of the cleanliness of the jet and the diaphragm.
After all, we clean the tuning of the carburetor andcollect, only in reverse order. Cleaning is done by air. Try to blow carefully so that not a single mote remains. During the connection of the suction cable, you need to check and adjust its action. This setting carburetor Solex assumes without fail. If the suction handle is pushed in, the air flap of the carburettor should take a vertical position.
